About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse/Material Controller to join our client's operations team in Boon Lay, Singapore. This is a contract role offering a competitive salary of up to $2600 per month, with the opportunity to work 5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs.
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
• Ad-hoc task given by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC
• Willing to do OT
• Prefer with forklift license
• Prefer warehouse/storekeeper experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Loading & unloading of goods
• Perform daily warehousing duties including picking and packing, goods receiving, wrapping, sealing, labeling and issuing
• Upload scanned data into Customer system
• Stock taking and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess forklift license is an advantage but not necesssary
