JD :

• Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Support the application process for Visas for the team. Liaison with travel agencies, embassies and other group companies to confirm the latest Visa requirements for travel designations.
• Manage the team’s calendars.
• Manage official communications, including calls and emails. Act of point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events. Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
• Assist in reconciling and verifying the team’s travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company’s business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims, etc via our system.
• Organise and maintain records, files and documents
• Assist in drafting and reviewing memos, letters and other correspondences
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
• Taking detailed meeting minutes
• Administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the Executive Assistant.
