The Project Manager for Private Banking Products is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and enhancement of financial solutions tailored for high-net-worth clients. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, improving processes, and ensuring successful project delivery to meet client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product launches efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, and oversee end-to-end processes and systems for successful product implementation.

Process Optimisation and Improvement

• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement within product initiatives.
• Implement standardised operational procedures to drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all product lines.
• Manage product-related systems to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution.
• Conduct regular updates with stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment on project goals.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all processes, systems, and projects adhere to regulatory and audit standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to enable smooth project execution and operational stability.

Requirements

• Proven track record in project management, ideally within private banking or financial services.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to drive alignment and deliver results.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks within the financial sector is a plus.

They oversee the preparation of monthly schedules, consolidate feedback from teams, families, and clients, and ensure quality control of standards, rituals, and customs. They improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. They manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
