• Act as the primary liaison between the Director and both internal and external stakeholders
• Screen and direct phone calls and emails, managing correspondence efficiently
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director
• Take minutes and track action items during meetings
• Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion
• Organize and manage the Director’s calendar to optimize time and productivity
• Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for important documents

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
