Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and presentation of trade finance documents. Follow up with related deals.
• Assist in preparing treasury reports, including cash positions, liquidity forecasts, and daily financial summaries.
• Support the preparation of monthly or quarterly financial reports for management review.
• Input data into software tools for accurate and up-to-date financial reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the treasury department by organizing documentation, filing reports, and coordinating meetings.
• Help maintain treasury-related records and ensure compliance with relevant documentation requirements.
• Offer support on any finance matters projects.
• Maintain good business relations with banks and other related financial institutions.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the major of Finance, Accounting, Investment or a related field.
• graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Letter of Credit transactions, including understanding LC terms, issuance, and related documents.
• Prior experience in oil, energy, or petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fund regulations, banking operations, and fund settlements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain trust and integrity within a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate and collaborate with our Mandarin-speaking counterparts at HQ.

Your day to day

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Housekeeper to be part of our exciting voco team. As Assistant Housekeeper, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping leaders in ensuring a smooth operation. You are expected to liaise closely with related departments, in ensuring a well maintained hotel.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the smooth operation of the housekeeping department
• To prepare work assignments for Housekeeping Attendants
• Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
• Establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping associates.
• Supervise, train and retrain Housekeeping Supervisors, Housekeeping Attendants, Linen Attendant and Housemen.
• Conduct training and on-the-job training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
• To lead and manage special projects or tasks assigned by superior deep cleaning tasks and special projects
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Control expenses and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.
• Monitor colleague performance and recommend appropriate action in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
• May assist with other duties as assigned.

What we need from you

• At least 2 to 3 years working experience in similar role within the hotel industry
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Able to converse in English. Fluency in another language is an advantage
• Able to perform shift work, weekends, and holidays where required
• Experience with HotSOS and Opera Property Management System will be an added advantage
