Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in network administration, cybersecurity, and Data Protection Trust Mark certification as a key stakeholder.

Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, CheckPoint) and network devices.

Familiarity with PAM, Web-Isolation, and SIEM tools.

Technical Skills:

Claims Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Directly involved in all aspects of the claims handling process

• Ensure timely update of claims records and conduct regular review of claims details to ensure up-to-date info, accuracy and adequacy of reserves

• Assess and calculate liability of claim against coverage for approval

• Ensure all settlement of claims are properly documented and approved within authority limit.

• Monitor claims development and collate losses for major loss events

Reservations Executive / Assistant Reservations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Reservations Executive or Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team. The role encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible to maintain an accurate record of all reservations, handling inquiries and bookings in a timing basis, displaying excellent phone and customer service skills, provide training and coaching to the Reservations Agents.
