We’re looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art facility. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the golf driving range, from equipment maintenance to cleanliness and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the operations team in managing daily tasks, including overseeing staff and assisting with scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, including simulators and tracking systems, ensuring they’re always in top working condition.
• Help enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and licensing requirements.
• Assist in organizing and executing fun member events, promotions, and corporate activities that attract and engage guests.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in operations or customer service, ideally in a golf or leisure environment.
• Familiarity with golf driving ranges and equipment (such as simulators and ball tracking systems) is a plus.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• A genuine passion for golf and creating great experiences for guests.

If you are an IT and Software professional, Emerson has a great opportunity for you! Based in our Singapore location, you will handle engineering support for production and resolve manufacturing system and software issues as well as participate and support in software changes request, qualification and improvement. You will support production line daily PC and software sustaining activities.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Provides first level support for Manufacturing System issue (PC Hardware and Software)

· Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software systems to meet production and process improvement goals.

· Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and software applications to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

· Collect, analyze, and interpret data from manufacturing software to identify areas for process improvement.

· Support the implementation of automation, software integration, and digital transformation projects, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and recommend software-based solutions.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data integrity standards, maintaining accurate records of software configurations and updates.

For This Role, You Will Need:

· Diploma in Electronic & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Software engineering or equivalent. Preferably with 1 to 2 years of proven experience. Candidates without work experience are encouraged to apply.

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and relevant software (e.g., MES, ERP).

· Proficiency in data collection and analysis software; familiarity with SQL, Excel, or similar tools is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for both hardware and software troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of automation and digital transformation tools or experience with programming/scripting is a plus.

· Open to work in second shift (3.30pm to 12 am).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Experience/interested in Power BI, SQL Query, C# programming, Power Automate or Power App will be an added advantage.
