• Conduct regular compliance reviews and gap analyses, addressing non-compliance issues proactively.

• Monitor regulatory changes, providing updates and guidance to relevant teams.

• Manage the AML/CFT framework, including conducting risk assessments and preparing reports.

• Support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Compliance roles, preferably in the banking industry.

• Strong understanding of relevant risk frameworks and compliance processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
