Duties

1. Is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement.
2. Works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement.
3. Works closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships.
4. Able to identify unethical behavior and react based on the applicable ethical principles.
5. Operates in work contexts that are less standardization and unanticipated changes can be frequent due to changes in the external environment.
6. Work with any of the assurance teams to obtain an understanding of our client’s business.
7. Develop an audit plan/strategy for an audit of financial statements and document the planning procedures.
8. Prepare/tailor audit programmes based on areas of audit emphasis determined at the planning stage.
9. Perform audit tests of controls and substantive procedures based on planned audit approach to address the various assertions, eg: existence & completeness, rights and obligations, valuation, accuracy, presentation and disclosure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 year of working experience as senior audit associate.

Role and responsibility

• Conduct full range of audit in accordance with Singapore Standards of Auditing and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Manage audit engagement including planning, execution, group coordination, reviewing, finalisation and reporting.

• Handling of agents’ paperwork
• Issue certificates for students
• Prepare documents for monthly Academic/Exam Board meetings
• Chasing payment for programme fee and school bus fee by ways of emails and calls
• Handling application by checking forms are completed, documents are submitted
• Check invoices from transporter for accuracy
• Attend to complaints from students
• Other admin duties as assigned by Admin Team

Day-to-day activities

• Review Emails and communications for customer orders, inquiries, requests.

• Check orders issues and coordinate with other departments (internal P&G) to identify solutions.

• Finalize the solution to resolve order issues, coordinate and provide guidance to Order management processing team.

• Generate Order summary, proforma invoice and send to customers.

• Coordinate with Account receivable team on the payment.

• Handle inquiries from customers/other departments regarding order status, shipping details

• participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements, challenges, and strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Generate reports.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team leader or team manager.

Fluency in Thai is preferred as clients are Thai and interacting with them daily will be one of the tasks.
