Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
• Ensure compliance with the statutory tax requirements, including preparing necessary tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
• Report to Account Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software like MYOB/Quickbook/XERO
• Singapore accounting or audit working experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide pertinent information via email or WhatsApp.
• Preparation and Lodgement of ACRA forms such as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particulars etc.
• Send reminders for compliance deadlines, such as annual returns, and other obligations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with other teams as needed.
• Preparation and Filing of minutes and resolutions of Board of Directors and of Shareholders.
• Attend to filing, typing and scanning of documents as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field.
• Preferably adept at effectively using Excel, Word, and other CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
   Monitor all departments, including kitchen, service, and bar, to maintain smooth coordination and high performance.
   
2. Staff Supervision and Training:Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent service and maintain operational standards.
   Schedule shifts and manage employee performance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
   
3. Customer Experience:Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
   Uphold and enhance the restaurant's reputation by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
   
4. Inventory and Resource Management:Assist in managing inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to avoid shortages or overstocking.
   Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials.
   
5. Financial Oversight:Monitor daily financial operations, including cash flow, budgets, and expense management.
   Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
   
6. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
   Regularly inspect the premises and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
   
7. Event Coordination:Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and private bookings to drive revenue and attract customers.
   
8. Problem Solving:Act as a point of contact for operational issues and resolve them effectively in the absence of the Operations Manager.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing upscale dining establishments.
• Familiarity with Burmese, Thai, and grill-and-bar cuisine operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Co-ordinate and document staff attendance, leaves, and claims to generate and issue monthly payrolls and payslips.

• Onboard new employees by assisting in orientation and training.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to improve workflow and ensure accountability.

• Support management operations by carrying out clerical tasks, daily housekeeping, and documenting staff concerns to communicate to administration.
