1) Income Audit Function

• Verify Revenue Accuracy: Check that all charges for rooms and F&B are correctly posted to guest folios. Report any discrepancies to the FC/GM and the relevant departments (e.g., Front Office, Duty Manager, or F&B Manager) and ensure proper adjustments are made.
• Review Transactions: Examine all rebates, allowances, payouts, and manual postings to confirm they are properly approved and supported by documentation.

• Trial Balance Reconciliation: Perform a weekly reconciliation between the Opera system and Sun Systems.

2) Accounts Receivables Function

3) General Cashiering

• Cashier Reconciliation: Balance the Cash Machine and Float transactions in Opera for each Front Office team member. Ensure Duty Managers sign off on all payouts and deposits received.
• Transaction Monitoring: Track Cash Machine activity, ensuring all withdrawals and deposits are valid.
• Address Discrepancies: Report any cash discrepancies to the Duty Manager, Front Office, Accountant, Financial Controller, and General Manager. Resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Cash Count: Conduct surprise cash counts of floats and the Cash Machine monthly, ideally twice a month with the Accountant or Financial Controller.
• Cash Limits and Deposits: Keep the Cash Machine balance below $20k, including cash floats. Deposit any excess in the bank with a Security Officer present.
• Record Keeping: Save scanned copies of all bank and cash machine slips in the “Banking Matters” folder for audit and records.

Role:

• Ensure the highest level of member experience with your personal finesse and proactiveness.
• Highlight specials and provide menu recommendations, take orders, and attend to special requests.

Job Title: Finance and Operations Associate

Location: Singapore

We Are Looking For:

A self-driven individual with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a solid work ethic, and effective decision-making abilities to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily finance and general operations of the company.

- Maintain and manage basic accounting records and perform regular inventory checks.

- Handle inter-company payments and receivables efficiently.

- Execute any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Preferably Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or finance-related disciplines.

- Preferably minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in finance and operations.

Job Opportunity: Social Work Assistant
Location: Novena Hospital, Singapore
Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Casework / Psychosocial Care

• Collect biodata from patients/families through interviews and provide social information to assist Medical Social Workers.
• Formulate case assessments for discussion with Medical Social Workers and make recommendations for intervention.
• Conduct field visits to assess patient care needs and make recommendations.

Group Work

• Assist in conducting group work sessions for target groups, providing psychosocial support and education.

Community Work

• Assist in conducting community needs assessments and mapping exercises.
• Participate in community engagement and co-plan certain segments of community events.

Programme Development and Implementation

• Plan and coordinate projects aimed at improving patient and community care.

Safe Care

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• Position: Dental Assistant (1 position available)
• Contract Duration: 3 months (convertible to permanent)
• Salary: $2,200/month (no experience required) , Experience up $2,700/month
• Post-Conversion Salary: Possible increase of $0 to $200, plus a clinic incentive of approximately 10% of basic salary.

• Monday: 12:00 PM - 9:45 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:45 PM
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

Job Scope for Dental Assistant:

• Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop X-rays (if required).
• Prepare patients and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain records.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and stock dental supplies.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required.
