• Maintaining infection control in and out of treatment room
• Cleaning and sterilising of all dental instruments
• Opening and closing of the clinic
• End of month stock check
• Ensuring sufficient stock for day to day operation
• Doing weekly and monthly equipment maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of clinic
• Taking out trash

Ad-Hoc

• Answering phone calls to schedule or edit patient's appointments
• Replying to patient's enquiries via Email and/or WhatsApp
• Registering and/or discharging patients (dealing with cash/credit terminals)
• Helping dentist/s with preparing treatment plans, dental insurance forms and letters
• Annual spring cleaning

Minimum requirements

• Friendly & cheerful individual
• Self-motivated and has a willingness to learn
• Candidate must possess at least the Singapore-Cambridge "N" Level
• Candidate must be able to speak and write in English
• Preferably for candidate to have at least 1 Year of working experience in dental assisting
• Preferably for candidate to be experienced in Microsoft Office

Clinic Hours

• Tuesday to Saturday: 9am to 6pm
• Alternate Sundays: 9am to 1pm (x 1.5 OT - Report to work only in the event of emergency appointment/s)
• Monday & Public Holidays: Closed
• Eve of Chinese New Year, Christmas & New Year: 9am - 1pm (Half-day)

The temp officer will be part of the academic programme administration team to provide administrative support to the cluster in the areas listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and execute the academic operations of all degree programmes, with focus on continual and practical assessments.
• Overseeing the exam administration process, including the distribution and collection of exam materials.
• Implementing and enforcing quality assurance measures to ensure the integrity and fairness of the examination process.
• Assist with administrative matters related to Clinical Practice Education;
• Assist with programme-level events such as workshops, meetings and dialogue sessions;
• Assist in any other functional duties or divisional work as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree from a recognised Institute of Higher Learning
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A highly motivated individual and a good team player
