• Assist in booking of radiology scans, operating theatre, ward and other related bookings
• Submission of claims through various insurance portals
• Standing in as a chaperone and assist the doctor during patient consultations

• Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior experience in clinic would be an advantage
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am - 1pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound goods related matters

• Picking, packing, labeling, loading and unloading of goods

• Verify goods against inbound and outbound documents

• Handle transaction documents related matters

• Manage goods inventory and warehouse supplies

• Performing stock count

• Handle damage and defect goods matters

• General housekeeping

• Handle or assign logistics related maintenance work.

Job Requirements:

• Working experience in logistic preferred

• Possess primary or secondary school education.

• Able to communicate, read and write Basic English

• Able to lift moderate weight

• Competency in computers, microsoft office, WMS systems

• Possess class 3 driving license

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience

• Possess forklift license will be an advantage

• Preferably able to start immediately within short notice

Job Description

• Attend to brides and assist in gown selection.

• Work with seamstresses to fit customers and ensure that brides are fitted as required.

• Work with Supervisor to resolve product and/or service problems by clarifying with customers, problem-solving and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

• Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a timely and professional manner to ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon.
