Job Description:
ā¢ The site Operation Manager reports directly to the company's Operation Director.
ā¢ He/She will oversee the company's day-to-day operation work onsite which comprises activities that coordinate the essential functions required to manage their workflow and achieve goals.
ā¢ Their primary duties include overseeing operation employees, implementing communications procedures between departments/vendors/clients, and developing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency throughout the business.

Job Summary:
A Site Operation Manager is a busy person with a range of duties that include the following:
ā¢ Making sure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards.
ā¢ Ensuring safety of staffs/works onsite.
ā¢ Overseeing the handing over of the projects onsite to ensure payments can be collected.
ā¢ Implementing procedures regarding improvements of the operations and staffs.
ā¢ Employing means to keep company costs down
ā¢ Conducting operation staffs performance reviews and motivating staff
ā¢ Managing market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals
ā¢ Achieving better business practices
ā¢ Ensuring safety of staffs onsite.

Responsibility and Duties:
ā¢ 8.00 am - Ensure that the 1st parties are ready with tools and materials for site work.
ā¢ 8.30 am - Do roll call and briefing to ensure all operation staffs do work as per planning.
ā¢ 9.00 am - Move to the sites
ā¢ 10.00 am - Do QC at the site and liaise with the client and vendors
ā¢ 12.00nn - Lunch break
ā¢ 1.00 pm - Back to the office and do planning/update of the site work
ā¢ Make sure all work up to date as per planning.
ā¢ Make sure vendors meet the requirement of the contract
ā¢ Make sure purchases are made on time and be delivered to the site
ā¢ Communicate with the client/vendors
ā¢ Communicate with the administrative staff
ā¢ 5.00 pm - Follow up with team members about the work on-site and do necessary planning/changes if there is a need.
ā¢ 6.00 pm - End of day report to the Operation Director.

Qualification: Degree Holder

Experience in Renovation work: 6 years and above
Skills and Ability:
ā¢ Know-How skills: A Site Operation Manager needs to be able to ensure that the renovation work is up to standard and quality.
ā¢ Leadership and motivational skills: A Site Operation Manager needs to be able to motivate a team and provide specific goals
ā¢ Good communication skills: An effective Site Operations Manager must be able to communicate on different levels with people. Being able to get a message across to staff, superiors and customers is an essential skill that is put to the test daily.
ā¢ Problem-solving and conflict management skills: Since most working environments will have some sort of conflict either internally or with clients, the Site Operations Manager will need good conflict management skills to resolve conflict.
