About the job

Working with the ED of Children and Youth Group (CYG), the Asst Manager is expected to lead the development of new fundraising channels through community engagement as well as engaging and increasing the donations from the current ones. Job Responsibilities

1. Community Partnership and fundraising

• Raise funds for our cause and meet fundraising targets
• Lead in planning and coordinating events, whether by TSA PR or by CYG, to raise funds
• Create marketing materials, like flyers and brochures, to be used for the promotion of events and other fundraising needs
• Develop and deepen relationship with our key supporters and widen networks to increase and deepen reach to more committed donors
• Work with CYG centres to lead, co-develop, coordinate and/or execute fundraising initiatives, events and campaigns as needed
