- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.

- Five years or more of related experience required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Has a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork

- 5.5 days work per week; Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm; Sat: 9am-1pm

• Full set of accounting
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) accurately and timely.
  Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in creating and monitoring budgets.
  Forecast financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
  Recommend adjustments to achieve financial goals.
• Manage accounts payable processes (invoice processing, vendor payments).
  Handle accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, reconciliations).
• Maintain the general ledger. Perform monthly reconciliations (bank accounts, intercompany transactions, etc.).
• Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, GST/VAT, etc.). Stay updated on tax regulations and changes.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted figures. Assist in cost control and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
  Provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting procedures.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years related working experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Accounts Assistant to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Process all incoming cheque.
• Update daily bank transactions (AR & AP) into system.
• Fully in charge of petty cash reimbursement.
• In-charge of AP (invoices, expenses claim, payment, etc) and AR (receipts, DN, CN, etc)
• Manage month end closing activities which include reconciliation process.
• To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in accounting /finance.
• Minimum 1 – 2 year relevant working experience.
• Proficient in M/S office and accounting software (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Able to multi task, work independently and as a team within tight deadline.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and details oriented.
• Able to commence work in a short period.
