Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of programme activities and progress towards program goals
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and funding partners
• Ad-hoc research project administrative support

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Implement data collection to assess the impact and effectiveness of the program on participants' psychosocial well-being and overall quality of life
• Organize, manage and analyze collected data
• Engage in data transcription
• Contribute to the writing of research reports, inclusive of literature review and journal publications

Job Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counselling, social work, health science or related fields from a reputable university
• Must be fluent in Spoken and Written English - essential for data analysis and communication with stakeholders
• Demonstrate excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Keen interest in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research
• Competent in MS Office, NVivo, SPSS and Qualtrics
• A team player with the ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment
• One-Year contact with the possibility of additional 6 months renewal

• Main job scope is on dishwashing but to assist in kitchen duties as and when required.
• Assist in preparing mise en place, including chopping, slicing, measuring ingredients and other routine tasks.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Carry out stewarding and housekeeping duties.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate & communicate effectively with the kitchen & service staff team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Assist chefs and cooks during food preparation and cooking.
• Handle simple cooking tasks such as boiling, grilling and frying.

Work Hours:

• 6 days/week (including weekends & PH), 8 hrs/shift (rotating)

• 5 days, Tuas, Transport provided (2 ways)
• Salary: $2500 - $2800, AWS, performance bonus
• Hybrid work arrangement after 3 months probation period

Job responsibilities:

• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
• Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.
• Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Update staff leave records
• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
• Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders
• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
• Candidates with no experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
