The job involves assisting the dentist in the various dental procedures, carry out infection control, and if found capable, will be trained to assist the specialists in the clinic.

The job description of the administrative assistant are as follows:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
• Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
• Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
• Operates and maintains clinic and office equipment, including digital scanner, imaging machines, compressors, autoclaves, dental units, airconditioners, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure clinic and office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
• Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
• Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle planning and deployment of crane operators and drivers;
• Ensure proper submission of documentation by crane operators and drivers;
• Report and monitor equipment breakdown and repair status;
• Handle office and booking Hotline;
• Handle all admin duties relating to crane deployment;
• Undertake other admin duties which includes issuance of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order, compilation of data for monthly reporting;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
