• Provide administrative support to Construction Administrative Department (CAD) Managers and others as needed.
• Assist in preparing written materials, including correspondences, reports and submittal packages.
• Assist with the collection, review, monitoring of status and organisation of Department of Construction Administrative (CAD).
• Prepare and distribute routine reports and attend to other needed administrative tasks.
• Attend Tender meetings, take and distribute minutes as needed.

Job Requirements

• A degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering.
• Ability to coordinate and maintain files and correspondences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• No prior knowledge of Japanese proficiency required, but good to have for the ease of communicating with Japanese superior.
