In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Responsible for issuing production materials for work orders.

· Replenish production floor inventory.

· Pick and pack finished goods.

· Always ensure proper storage of production materials and finish goods

· Ensure good housekeeping and 5S of production line.

· Maintain accurate records and filing of all documents and transactions.

· Participate in physical inventory count.

· Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

For This Role, You Will Need:

· Secondary / Form 5 Education with 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Must be able to work 8-hour shifts (7am to 3.30pm).

· Able to work as a team with production staff.

Responsibility:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full Set Assistant Accountant to oversee the entire accounting process within our CNC spare parts manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including bookkeeping, cost accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and general ledger management. The Full Set Accountant will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately, financial statements are prepared timely, and compliance is maintained with accounting standards and local regulations.

Job Description:
- Prepare and submit monthly CPF contribution, employee salary voucher.

- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
- Track and allocate production costs (materials, labor, overhead) to ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide insights on financial performance.
- Oversee inventory valuation and perform regular reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and prepare timely tax filings.

- Monitor and forecast cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.

- Implement internal controls and support external audits.

- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
