• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers.
• Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation (e.g., MSDS, product specifications).
• Conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Participate in the annual stock take.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
