Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes, collecting medical history, and preparing them for consultations.
- Managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
- Assisting healthcare professionals with medical procedures, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
- Processing payments, managing insurance claims, and providing cost estimates for services.
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC in any field or equivalent certification
-Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
- Able to work on shift work, weekends and Public Holiday
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese in order to communicate with elderly Chinese patient
*There will be 1-2 days Trial Employment Period ($8/hr)*
*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
