The RC Assistant Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of leisure and recreational services within a Recreation Center (RC). The RC Assistant Manager roles and responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing recreational programs, including sports leagues, fitness classes, and cultural arts events, ensuring a diverse range of activities that meet the interests and needs of the RC visitors.
• Assist in managing contracts with vendors, instructors, and service providers to secure equipment, facilities, and professional services required for program offerings.
