Our AAC serve as a key point of contact for seniors under our care, where we proactively reach out to them, organize social activities, and provide opportunities for interaction with the community. Responsibilities:

• Instruct members in the performance of strength conditioning exercises using machine, free and body weight.
• Perform pre-programme and post programme body composition and functionality assessments for members.
• Ensure the general safety and operability of gym equipment and hygiene.
• Plan the members’ appointment schedule and waiting list.
• Submit transaction records and reports in a timely manner.
• Plan and conduct wellness-related courses as required.
• Participate in roadshows and other marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or A Levels.

• American Council of Exercise (ACE) personal trainer certification or equivalent
