Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and oversee the implementation of new market products/projects and initiatives, including developing policies/procedures and maintaining Operations Procedure Manuals.
• Prepare reports for Management, Head Office, and MAS.
• Perform internal control functions, including policy/manual updates, audits, BCP management, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
• Prepare and review Swift messages and manage the Swift system.
• Execute wholesale loan transactions, including fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and all types of corporate loan products.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Fund Finance, Compliance, Risk, etc.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in international banks, focusing on wholesale loans and various treasury products.
• Expertise in fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and all corporate loan products.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Treasury products such as FX/Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives.
• Strong understanding of Operations functions/processes with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Swift System.
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in various banking market systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Jewellery Sales Assistant

• Working days: 4-5-4-5 days in rotation including PH, 10 off days per month
• Working hours: 10.30am to 9.45pm with 2 breaks

You will be required to provide financial advisory services as well as appropriate financial and investment solutions and advice to our affluent and high-net-worth clients in Singapore. You will provide customers with timely information, advice and recommendations to fit their requirements. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with your clients is a key factor for success in this role.

• Good knowledge of wealth management & investment products.
• Self-motivated, with strong sales drive & energy.
• Experience / Ability to liaise with clientele from respective markets Greater China / Indonesia/ Thailand etc
• Ability to travel regionally if required
