• You shall be responsible for updating the full set of accounts , preparing the quarterly GST report and GST returns, and drafting the compilation of statutory financial statements, for a portfolio of clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications;
• Should have a minimum of 1 years experience in doing full set of accounts & handling GST work;
• Possess good communication & organisation skills; and be able to work independently;
• Strong analytical skills, resourceful & have good initiatives;
• Some working experience in a CPA firm wold be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing member accounts and billing
• Processing payments and reconciliations
• Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
• Coordinating with the golf shop, restaurant, and other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information
• Assisting with year-end audits and financial statements
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: LCCI Higher Accounting.
• Prior experience in Club2000E software is preferred
• Prior experience in a country club or similar environment is preferred.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
• 5.5 days work week

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

· Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

· Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

Description

Under direct supervision, provides general administration support to a department or group of professionals. As an HR Executive in an organization registered as an Institution of Public Character (IPC) in Singapore, you will provide support to the HR function and assist in managing HR operations and compliance with IPC guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities

HR Operations and Administration

• Assist in various HR operational tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, leave administration, data management, such as maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, leave records, and training records.
• Handle HR-related correspondence, such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and employee communications.
• Support payroll administration and benefits administration processes.

HR Policy Implementation and Documentation

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's values and IPC guidelines.
• Communicate HR policies to employees and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Support the dissemination and training of HR policies to ensure consistent understanding and compliance among employees.
