JOB RESPONSILIBITY:

• Prepare and handle preparation of cold food
• Prepare and handle preparation of hot food
• Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP
• Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP
• Assembling product as per SOP
• Food Preparation for Delivery/Catering Guests
• Food Preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets
• Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose
• Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness
• Assist to Manage Inventory level inside the facility
• Assist to Manage Ordering inside the facility
• Follow the rules and regulations of the company policy and facility location policy
• Reports to Kitchen Operations Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous work experience inside Kitchen would be a plus point
• Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein)
• Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point
• Willingness to learn
• High level of initiative
• Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player
• Food Safety Level 1 is a must

Accounts Assistant

The Accounts Assistant supports the finance team with daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.

Daily/Weekly Duties:

• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries
• Prepare payment proposals
• Process petty cash claims and vouchers
• Submit weekly sales report to the director (every Friday)
• Deposit cash/cheques as needed
• Collect and send mails/cheque payments
• File invoices, receipts, and other financial documents neatly

Monthly Duties:

• Review GSII report
• Verify and process school fees
• Issue invoices and receipts for all centres
• Submit mid-month P&L report

Yearly Duties:

• Submit documents for Year-End P&L and audit reports
• Prepare operational budget for all centres
• Review corporate tax report from WLP

Adhoc Duties:

• Prepare P&L for major events (e.g., Graduation)
• Handle other accounting-related tasks as needed

Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies

Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

Able to cook north Indian food.

Able to do shift work.
