• Minimum "O" Level certification or equivalent in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or traffic coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise in-venue/online courses for seniors
• Handle course enquiries and registration
• Logistics preparation
• Provide administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Level / Diploma Holder
• Strong communication skills
• IT savvy
• Experience in coordinating and recruitment work preferred
• Able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
• This role will need to manage both English and Mandarin courses. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• This position is on contract basis
