Working Hours: 5.5 days | 8.30am – 5.00pm | Saturday 8.30am - 1pm

Salary: Gross $3000

Job Scope:

• Collection and transportation of deceased
• Driving and operating company vehicles, including funeral hearses
• Preparation of coffin and uncoffining
• Perform various essential tasks during the funeral process and assist funeral advisors in serving bereaved families.
• Loading and unloading of heavy items/ coffins
• Assemble and disassemble funeral wake set up.
• Maintenance, cleanliness and tidiness of company vehicles, premises, goods and equipment
• Upholding company service standards and professionalism
• Any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Able to do shift work and work overtime when needed.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is required.
• Experience in this industry is a bonus, but not required.

Job Summary

A student care located in Holland Village is looking for an Assistant /Centre Head to oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the Centre. This includes ensuring that achieving enrolment targets, programme planning, curriculum development and implementation of health and safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising and mentoring of staff.
• Building rapport with parents and stakeholders through active networking.
• Overseeing the maintenance and improvement of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment.
• Reporting to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
• Ensuring compliance with the school policies, regulations, and standards.
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma.
• Relevant certificates and supervisory experience in a student care setting will be an added advantage.
• Excellent work ethics and integrity
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and good team player
