Roles & Responsibilities

• With Class 3 Driving Licence – to drive Volunteers for meetings and errands
• Assist in Temple's and Memorial Hall's daily operations
• Support events organized by the Temple (Vesak, Qing Ming & Ullambana Festival)
• Attend to customers’ enquiries
• Other general / ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Able to work 6-day’s week (including weekends and public holidays)

The job scope of an Account Assistant typically includes:( 1-2 year exp in account payable)

1. Data entry and maintaining financial records.
2. Processing invoices and managing accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR).
3. Bank reconciliation to match transactions with records.
4. Assisting with payroll processing and expense reporting.
5. Supporting financial reporting and helping with month-end closures.
6. Assisting in tax preparation and audits.
7. Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team.

Key skills include attention to detail, familiarity with accounting software, and proficiency in Excel.
