Role: Marketing Admin Assistant (Fulltime/Contract 1 year)

As a Marketing Admin Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the existing team with tasks as

described below.

● Stay updated on company products and services to support inquiries effectively.

● Support end to end marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and deliverables.

● Assist in taking images and videos for media production.

● Periodic market research and consolidation of data for marketing insights and planning.

● Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and administrative materials.

Your day to day

Under the general direction of the Hotel Manager, oversee the activities of the Room Division to ensure the achievement of established quality, guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Adhere to governmental regulations concerning hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for Purchase Invoices (PO) and Credit Notes in the ERP system
• Record receipts, process payments via internet banking, and update the Cash Book promptly
• Maintain and review vendor remittance details, and input into the system as needed.
• Reconcile vendor accounts upon receipt of statements
• Conduct bank reconciliation once a month
• Input staff reimbursements into the ERP system weekly
• Generate and reconcile GST Input & Output Tax reports once a month
• Compile and prepare Budget Tracking for all departments once a month

CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE RESTAURANT THAT CONSIDERS THE MARKET, LOCAL COMPETITORS, SALES REVENUE AND EXPENSES.

· PREPARE AN ACCURATE PORTRAYAL OF THE FINANCES OF THE RESTAURANT, INCLUDING BANK ACCOUNTS, SPENDING, CHECK PRICING GOALS AND FOOD COSTS.

· DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO ENTICE CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING MARKETING PLANS, ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND RESEARCH.
