Qualification,

1. Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent Personnel

2. Should have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist

3. Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage

4. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

5. Ability to use basic Internet sites i.e. Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.

6. English (Written & Spoken) and with one mother tongue language (e.g. Malay, Mandarin, Tamil)

7. Able to communicate with students, aged 13 to 17 years old age group

Job Descriptions

• Process and prepare daily local outgoing payments to vendor
• Update daily payment and maintain the invoice list in cash book
• Process and prepare vendor’s payment on monthly basis
• Process and update monthly staff claim in accounting systems
• Update operating expenses in accounting systems
• Update outgoing payment transaction in accounting systems
• Other duties as assigned by superior
