RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of working experience, with recent Banking (preferably Retail banking) with 2 years of experience in performing/leading analytics in a team
• Working knowledge of data analysis software; good understanding of data systems and data query and coding language methods, such as SQL, Hive and Python
• Experience with working in a Hadoop based Data Lake environment both on premise and on cloud
• Experience with metrics and reporting using visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, enrolment management or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work locations and timings

• You will be required to travel between our various outlets (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan) based on roster schedule and commit to the work schedule of 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.

• Perform product assembly, equipment and machine sub-module assembly according to specifications
• Generate require documentation from Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly drawings
• Running simulations or conducting basic analyses to support design decisions.
• Assisting engineers in creating and updating technical drawings, schematics, and other design documents.
• Support and involvement in PD, NPI and MP phases
• Generate PFMEA, technical reports and perform Failure Analysis (FA) on products
• Hand on electrical hard wiring & components installation
• Conducting research on new technologies, materials, or manufacturing processes that could benefit the project.
• Maintaining organized records of design documents, test results, and other relevant paperwork.
• Liaising with other departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Perform 5S and ad hoc duties as requested
