• Assist in coordinating and controlling the flow of patients.
• Triage the patients upon their arrival, measuring their vital signs and directing them to appropriate clinical zones.
• Maintain medical records of patients.
• Assist doctors and nurses for various patients' medical needs, such as collecting medications and preparing for wound dressing.
• Oversee processes and keeping records of billing and payment.
• Assist in maintaining the medical centre’s various stocks and supplies.
• Address the questions that any patient might have with regards to the medical centre’s operations and workflows.
• Liaise with the Recreation Centre’s managing agents with regards to security and maintenance of the medical centre.
• Assist in executing preventive health programmes and lessons for the migrant worker population
• Assist in any other administrative tasks that other staff may need help with.

Requirements

• Min NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in clinic assistant will be an added advantage!
• Ability to politely greet, direct and control visitors or crowds.
• Prior experience in performing administrative tasks such as registering, billing, data entry, navigating simple computer software and keeping records.
• Prior experience in using basic equipment for health screening.
• Ability to work and think creatively.
