• Manage the Director’s calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with personal tasks, including scheduling personal appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Ensure timely completion of both personal and professional commitments.
• Handle emails, correspondence, and prepare/organize documents.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Address inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a secretarial or Executive Assistant position supporting senior management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
