• Shipping Documentation – Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
• Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
• Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
• Communication – Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• Reporting – Perform operation management reports

Job Requirements:

• Min. NITEC/ Diploma in any relevant field
• Min. 1-2 years relevant experience

Ensure smooth operation of front of house.
