Job Description: A full time role for a Clinic Assistant located in Parkway East Hospital.

Our client provided health and wellness service.You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. This includes managing appointment bookings and efficiently registering both new and returning patients. Additionally, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information, and resolving queries. Handling insurance claims, preparing invoices, and collecting payments are also key tasks. Alongside these, you will perform various administrative tasks, assist with clinical duties, and carry out simple procedures as needed. Furthermore, you'll undertake additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the medical facility.

Main responsibilities:

• Baking according to SOPs - mainly just scooping ready-made batter into moulds
• Washing moulds and baking tools
• Packing of baked goods into boxes
• Supporting cleanup duties to ensure the bakery remains tidy, organised, and ready for the next day's production
• Making coffee and other drinks according to SOPs
• Able to take orders from customers to key into POS
• Any other relevant task as required by management

License/Certification:

• WSQ Food Safety Level 1 (Required)

An import/export administrator manages and oversees the flow of goods for both international and domestic trade. Their responsibilities include:

• Planning and overseeingDirecting the flow of goods, including calculating duties, tariffs, and price conversions
• Document preparationOverseeing the preparation of documents such as bills of lading, license agreements, and letters of credit
• LiaisonServing as a liaison between agents, brokers, banks, shippers, and warehouse facilities

• To perform picking and packing, incoming receiving, wrapping, labelling and issuing.
• To provide support on daily warehouse activities.
