Others

In this role, you will manage the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Medical Director.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointments management
• Perform simple triage and take measurements (temperature, weight, heigh)
• Handling enquiries (Calls, Email, Social media, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Billing, payments collection and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Process CHAS, Medisave and TPA claims, maintain records and track payments of TPA
• Assisting doctors with clinical procedures and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with external service providers, such as laboratories, imaging centres and specialist referral centres to arrange patient tests and procedures as required.
• Maintaining patient records in accordance with MOH guidelines
• Ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of clinic equipment and premises
• Stock management of medical supplies and consumables

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

4. Identify control gaps and make practicable recommendations to mitigate risks, improve the processes and strengthen the internal controls.

5. Prepare draft audit report and communicate with process owners and key stakeholders on audit findings and recommended action plan.

REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or financial, operational, compliance audit.

 Good knowledge of internal control and risk assessment framework.

 Meticulous self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build good working relationship with all levels of stakeholders.

 Good team player with the ability to work independently and to meet timeline.

 Knowledge and experience with Audit Analytics Software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to provide clients with a seamless delivery of care which is of high-quality, safe and cost-efficient and communicate and work effectively with the team in executing individualised care plan for clients require custodial care, maintenance activities and/or rehabilitation services
• Assist in preparing the rehabilitation room(s), occupational therapy room by following prescribed procedures and protocols, including tidying therapy areas and assisting in cleaning of equipment and area(s)
• Prepare clients for physical or occupational therapies treatment by welcoming and providing and assisting clients into therapeutic apparels, and escorting elderly clients to the washroom
• Assist the therapist(s) in implementing rehabilitation programmes and therapy works to clients including setting up / supervising / assisting clients in the performance of therapeutic activities / exercises, such as helping clients onto exercise equipment, positioning clients on equipment, and monitoring motion and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques, etc
• Educate clients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines
• Assist in setting up inventory list of equipment and medical supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies
• Ensure operation of rehabilitation equipment by completing routine maintenance requirements; following manufacturers’ instructions; troubleshooting and reporting of malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Assist in preparing materials for conducting of recreational programmes and events
• Assist FHGCC’s driver in transporting client from home to FHGCC and return trip when assigned
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval of data when required

Requirements

• Certificate in Therapy Services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
