RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. First 90 Days

• Get up to speed with our policies, procedures, and digital tools, including our school management system and Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with and support lead teachers and therapists to implement tailored educational plans and set up classrooms for effective learning.
• Learn to manage behaviours, implement routines, and support children’s progress.
• Assist in documenting daily notes, progress updates, and class preparations to ensure a seamless educational experience.
• Build rapport with families to establish trust and communication channels.

• Prepare learning materials and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
