Patient Care

1. Register patients in the CMS (clinic management system) after verifying the eligibility with government and corporate benefits.
2. Updating TPA benefits in CMS to ease post consult and payment process.
3. Assist the Doctor in minor surgical procedures
4. Perform minor procedures (e.g. ECG) and taking of patient’s vitals and to update in the CMS
5. Ensure that right medication, right dosing, right quantity and right administrative route is dispensed accurately to the right patient and explained to the patient meticulously.
6. Ensure that proper collection from each patient after considering Govt schemes/ Corporate benefits. Also, ensure opening balance of float cash is accurate
7. Assist patients in making follow up appointments and scheduling of visits

Clinic Care

1. Ensure that the clinic is in working order prior to start of clinic shift
2. Top up consumables in Doctor's/treatment room
3. Washing of medical devices and equipment’s and performing sterilization (eg. autoclave)
4. Follow up on administrative tasks, scanning and sending of documents (referrals, labs, radiology) into the patient files. Also, tracking and releasing of patient reports
5. Perform administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal etc.
6. General housekeeping of the clinic to keep the place a safe and inviting place.
7. Closing of shift, including tallying of daily takings against payment mode
8. Ensure all medical devices are in working order daily and alert the Clinical Director for maintainence.

Inventory and other Administrative tasks

1. Perform timely claims (e.g. HSG, CHAS, Medisave, TPA)
2. Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
3. Manage rosters for Clinic Executives and locum Doctors
4. Attending to inbound enquiries from patients via various channels (WhatsApp, phone, e-mails)
5. Ensure good practices are implemented for inventory management and conduct periodic inventory reconciliation

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analysing and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to support the organisation’s cybersecurity posture. This role involves evaluating external cyber intelligence sources, correlating data and synthesising this information to provide insights into the threat landscape facing the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source and restricted channels for relevant threats, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise.
• Assess exposure and impact through vulnerability and configuration information.
• Analyse malware, phishing campaigns and network intrusions to identify threat actors’ tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Develop and maintain threat profiles on adversary groups, detailing their objectives, capabilities and methods of operations.
• Create and disseminate threat intelligence reports to internal stakeholders, including executive summaries suitable for non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with the cyber security incident response team to provide real-time analysis during active security incidents.
• Collaborate with external partners, industry groups and government agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
• Monitor external attack surface and security posture and work with asset owners to remediate the findings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management or a related area.
• CISSP, CISM, GCTI certified.

Competencies

• Hands-on experience on threat intelligence platforms, EASM, SPM, SIEM and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Working knowledge on frameworks, best practices, industry standard scoring models such as MITRE, CIS, CVSS, EPSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, PowerShell, etc) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Financial Reporting and Management Reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, audit schedules, and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Compile and submit MAS reports, tax filings, and other regulatory surveys accurately.
• Assist in preparing detailed management reports, including cost of funds and variance analysis.
• Support the budgeting process and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Perform daily liquidity management tasks, optimizing returns on surplus funds.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with finance functions to enhance financial policies, internal controls, and systems.
• Provide support for strategic projects and liaise with senior management on Board-related matters.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
