Other Responsibilities

• Maintain updated residents/clients' records and data entry for programmes KPI.
• Ensure regular maintenance check of therapy equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain safe work environment (e.g. keeping rehab equipment after use)
• Inform supervisor when stock supplies are low
• Perform other administrative duties or other duties as assigned by the Rehabilitation Manager.

Education Requirements:

• WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Support
• NITEC in Community Care and Social Service
• Work-Study Diploma in Rehabilitation Care
• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy from non-recognised institutions

Job Description:

General Ledger Management:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger.
• Record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process staff claims promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to established accounting processes and policies.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Accounts Payable:

• Manage and process Accounts Payable entries.
• Verify that inventory supplier invoices are supported by Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Enter inventory supplier invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensuring accurate accounting entries.
• Ensure that non-inventory supplier invoices are supported by relevant documents and necessary approvals (e.g., without PO).
• Maintain an organized filing system for supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare payments to both local and overseas suppliers.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Review and reconcile monthly supplier statements.
• Maintain an efficient document filing and correspondence system.

Accounts Receivable:

• Ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledgers regularly.
• Implement an organized filing system for related documents and correspondences.
• Update weekly customer aging reports by Salesman and by Company.
• Generate and print Accounts Receivable aging reports.
• Email Statements of Account (SOA) to customers at month-end.

Requirements:

• Singaporean applicants only.
• Proven experience in accounting with strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
