- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

- Verify invoices from vendor

- Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must be able to work independently

- Must be able to converse in English for handling English speaking clients through email and phone

- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

- Outgoing personality

- Willing to learn with good attitude

- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage

- Training will be provided

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm

Location: Penjuru Lane

Duties:

1. Manage Data Entry
2. Manage and Prepare Document
3. Work Closely with Others Department
4. Any Other Duties Assigned by Superior

Salary: $1,800/month

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8.45am - 5.15pm, Sat 8.45am - 12.45pm

Requirements:

• Know how to use Google products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) & Microsoft Office
