You will handle thorough checks, manage timelines effectively, and prepare essential documents for onboarding and offboarding processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:

• Conducting background checks & fit and proper assessment on each candidate
• Making recommendations on the suitability of each candidate
• Flagging out adverse findings and escalating of case for further evaluation
• Liaise with Compliance Team and various key management stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate. To liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
• Ensuring that these policies are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular statistics & report to Management and Distribution Channels related to candidate and appointment of representatives
• Conduct periodic declarations and checks on existing financial consultants
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and assessment processes.

Support for other Distribution Support function such as:

• Representatives’ resignation process
• Reference check request
• Handles audit request related to fit & proper assessment
• Regular review of process to streamline and ensure relevancy
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework (Highly preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
• Ability to express thought process
• Independent, self-driven, results-oriented and team player
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring overall smooth operation and delivering a seamless and delightful dining experience for our members and guests.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Day-to-Day Operations

• To assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations, Drive revenue, maximise profitability and minimize cost of the restaurant.
• To lead and supervise a shift which includes inspecting table and work area layouts and settings, ensuring service quality and any other hygiene matters.
• To ensure that mis-en place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Establish good rapport with members and guests, handle all their requests or enquiries, in a prompt, courteous and sincere manner.

Education and Experience

• GCE ‘O’ level or Nitec in Hospitality Operations/F&B Management or their equivalent;
• Two years of continuous working experience in similar establishments, preferably in private members clubs or 5 stars hotels;
• Able to write and communicate in English and Chinese language;
• Excellent interpersonal and people management abilities to develop an effective and motivated team to create memorable experience for all Members and guests with exceptional service.
