• Liaise and co-ordinate with site personnel on administration issues.
• Document management and filing.
• Manage overhead contracts, invoices and payments.
• Help manage staff medical insurance.
• Administrative support to top management – as required.

We are seeking an organized and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.

· Handle email correspondence and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

· Maintain and update records, databases, and files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

· Liaise with volunteers, donors, and partners to foster positive relationships and support our mission

· Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and organizational goals

Requirements:

· At least 1 year experience in an administrative role

· Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
