Job responsibilities:

General Office Administration

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
• Vendor & Asset Management
• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
• Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.

Event Coordination

• Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Coordinate catering and office gatherings as needed.

Administrative Support

• Oversee the part-time cleaner and ensure the cleanliness of the office and workshop
• Update staff leave records
• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
• Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders
• Corporate Tasks
• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
• Facilitate the purchase of company gift vouchers and follow up with malls for procedures

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma holder in Business administration or Human Resource
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
• Candidates with no experience can apply
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently

Our client, a Japanese food distributor company in the West, is looking for Warehouse Assistant to join their team.

Working hour: Mon - fri, 8:30 - 17:30

Job Description:

1. Ensure all work orders are pick & pack in accordance with specifications.
2. Perform all warehouse functions include receiving, stock-in, picking, sorting, QC, packing, counting activities.
3. Perform stuffing and unstuffing of containers for goods receiving and outgoing shipment.
4. Perform goods release, shipments & collection where necessary.
5. Perform shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
6. Ensure all stocks are neatly label and store in appropriate locations.
7. Ensure all warehouse area and equipment are secure, clean, tidy and maintained.
8. Ensure all equipment within warehouse area are maintain.
9. Perform monthly cycle count.
10. Ensure new materials are placed in assigned locations.
11. Standby duties for weekends & public holidays.
12. Perform warehouse operations to achieve desired KPI set by the management.
13. Support ESH sub-committee for any safety/risk related issues.
14. Perform other assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (On job training will be provided)
