Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Internal Audit Team in reviewing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process for the company.
• Conduct internal audits, operational functions and / or financial areas throughout the company effectively and report on results / findings.
• During the planning of the audit, identifies and assesses risks, key controls and testing approach. Responsible for completing assigned sections of the audit in accordance with stated timeframes and Departmental Standards.
• Applies analytical skills to review information, perform assessments of the audit results and on the adequacy of controls.
• Demonstrates teamwork by responsively cooperating with the team members, sharing information and ideas, accepting constructive feedback, and accepting additional assignments when appropriate.

Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related fields. Professional certifications (e.g CFA, FRM, CIA) would be an advantage.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in audit function, with credit risk, models or with direct experience as a practitioner in model development/validation will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of model risk and regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical, written & verbal communication, collaborative and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of data analytics/programming/statistics would be an advantage.
• Strong report writing skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Job description:

- Credit analysis including risk analysis, financial analysis, legal/structure analysis, etc.

- Draft loan applications, assessing the financial stability and creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial statements, credit reports and other relevant data

- Conduct preliminary assessments, facilitate customer onboarding processes, internal grading, and prepare credit applications along with other pertinent internal documentation for transactions

- Support Relationship Managers in the origination of loans across Asia-Pacific, including idea generation, prospect identification and screening, initial credit/debt capacity analysis, financial spreading, etc.

- Other tasks as required or defined from time to time

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of direct experience in a financial institution (ideally in corporate finance)

- University educated with strong academic background (bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred)

- Native level of Korean language is required due to coverage of Korean corporate clients

• Data entries and maintaining database using specific software and Microsoft Excel
• Reconcile account statements
• Processing and Verification of Financial Assistance applications
• Filing, scanning of documents and archiving files
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
• Contract: start ASAP until March 2024
• Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Location: Orchard

Requirement:

• O’ Level Certificate
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor
• Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday – Sunday, up to 44 hours per week
• Contract Duration: Yearly renewable
• Salary: Basic $2650, Allowance $350

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in customer service or call centre environment
