Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and manage the technology strategy of the company. This executive role involves overseeing the development of all technology initiatives, setting technical direction, and ensuring that technology investments align with business goals. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure technology operations are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Technology Trends: Stay current with the latest technology trends, advancements, and best practices, incorporating these into the company’s technology strategy.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or other senior technology leadership roles in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud services, and application development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
• Exceptional knowledge of software engineering principles, development methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation and leading technology initiatives that align with business goals.
• Expertise in managing large-scale technology projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• A problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Providing security services at key installation areas

Key Requirements:

• Earn up to $20/hr per shift (min. 6-hr shift block)
• Must be able to commit to 10 days in-house training course
• Valid PLRD Security Licence
• Proficient to communicate in English
• Normal colour vision
• Able to take on assignments at various locations based on Company's discretion

Job Description:

• Maintain security by ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and team members at MBS.
• Present a professional image and deal with incidents in a discreet and confident manner.
• Ensure optimum guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Respond to first aid incidents and apply effective first aid skills for customers and team members.
• Perform security functions at assigned posts and areas within the property.
• Observe and monitor persons and property to maintain security and safety.
• Escort or carry valuables as assigned or directed. Valuables may include the transportation of chips and cash as well as documentation.
• Respond to any emergencies and alarms as directed by Security Operations Control Room and Security Management.
• Monitor and manage crowd levels within the work environment.
• Effectively participate in the management of potential safety hazards including fire alarms, emergency situations, bomb threats and building evacuation.
• Maintain and apply skills to deal with the management of intoxicated persons within the work environment.
• Handle lost property in accordance to procedures.
• Participate in training programs.
• Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
• Perform other tasks within the IR, including CAT C Special Employee License tasks, as directed by the Vice President, Security Service Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school qualification.
• National Skills Recognition Scheme (NSRS) or WSQ Trained.
• Possess initiative and a good team players.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work overtime and work different shifts on short notice.
• Must have attained PLRD Senior/Security Officer Grade
