• Assist the LTA test lead to manage the LTA contractor when carrying out testing and commissioning of system, and ensure adherence to test schedule;

This is a full time role for an Front Desk Officer located in Leng Kee. Our client is in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for handling phone calls and answering general inquiries. You will greet, check in, and announce customers upon their arrival. Additionally, you will manage the Sales Executive turn system and ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly. Part of your responsibilities includes ensuring that display cars are in good condition, both inside and out. You will also provide refreshments to customers and perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as a Receptionist or customer service ground job.
• Have basic MS Office and data entry skills.
• Willing to work in out of office locations when requested.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Highlights

Salary: up to $3200 per month

Contract Duration: 3 months

Working Location: Nearest to one-North MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours

• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees.
