Job Responsibilities:

· Providing HR Administrative support to the Head of HR with responsibility for all aspects of the employee lifecycle

· Ensure the efficient and effective on-boarding and off boarding activities

· Employee Engagement related activities

· Provide sourcing and recruitment operations and planning for assigned areas of coverage

· Assisting the department with other ad-hoc projects for the calendar cycle in relation to staff and policies (e.g., performance and review processes, benefit renewals, engagement surveys)

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any business discipline

· 2 years of relevant experience in HR administrative or other relevant administrative experience

The CFO will lead our finance team and oversee the preparation and execution of our IPO strategy. This includes ensuring financial compliance, working closely with legal and auditing teams, managing investor relations, and setting up systems that support our growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in IPO preparations, financial strategy, and can operate effectively in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and execution of our IPO, ensuring the company meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal teams, investment banks, and financial advisors to facilitate a successful listing.
• Oversee the development of IPO documentation, including prospectus preparation, financial disclosures, and regulatory filings.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track record in managing IPO processes or significant capital markets transactions. Experience in public companies and familiarity with IPO readiness are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IPO requirements, regulations, and best practices, with proven experience preparing a company for IPO, ideally with a successful listing in past roles.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and financial modelling skills, with exceptional communication skills for interfacing with investors, the Board, and senior management.

Job Description

• Responsible for providing reception services at the Sports and Swim counter
• Attend to inquiries regarding Sports & Swimming facilities and programs (Answering incoming telephone calls, email, checking of member booking and billing)
• Assist the department with facilities management of all sports & swim facilities and ensure it is properly maintained and that all things are in place
• Assist in the running of Sports & Swimming events/competitions
• Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

• Self-discipline and self-motivation as well as being a team player
• N level or ITE Certification preferably in Sports
• It would be good to have at least 1 to 2 years of experience
• Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

· Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.

· Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.

· Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.

· Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

· Attend to all guests’ requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.

· Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

· Previous Front Office experience in a similar environment will be an advantage

Scope of work:

• To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders on the drafting, review and negotiations on a broad range of contracts, such as vendor engagements, NDAs, software licensing agreements, and other corporate and commercial activities.
• Provide legal advice to the internal stakeholders on various matters, such as contractual rights, obligations, interpretation of terms and litigation matters.
