The Opportunity

• This will start off as a 5-month contract role

The Job

• Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process.
• Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review.
• Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group’s standards and control.
• Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency.

The Talent

• Minimally 2-3 years’ experience in a support role.
• Proactive, energetic and meticulous. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform well under pressure
• Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel etc).
